• Ensuring plant health and consistent production.
• Develop and implement growing strategies to optimize plant production
• Train new staff
• Assist in climate irrigation
• Monitor fertilizer blends
• Record plant measurements and forecast crop

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Glasshouse Crop Manager with at experience of protected edible crops such as Tomatoes, Cucumbers or Peppers.

Packhouse Operatives/Fork Lift & HGV Drivers (Essex/Hertfordshire)

This work involves the grading, packing and storage of crops using a range of machinery.

Working with quality control procedures linked to food production and health and safety ensuring produce meets market specifications.
