Valley Grown Nurseries kindly hosted a visit from the West Sussex Growers Association in celebration of our centenary.

The visitors enjoyed a tour given by Chairman Gary Taylor of Valley Grown Nurseries where he grows Sweet Peppers before briefly stopping for lunch and then visited Joe Salvo's Aubergine Nursery where Joe described the growing process.

The party then moved onto Franco Pullara's Cucumber & Pepper nursery where the visitors were introduced to Franco's de-salinisation machine and Micro turbines.

A great day was had by all and the Association look forward to their reciprocal visit next year. "
